Refunds
Plain-language summary of how refunds work today. Formal terms should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Before you pay, everything is free
You can preview your message, try every design, and edit as much as you like without paying. We only charge when you choose to publish a card, so there is nothing to refund until then.
If something goes wrong
If you paid and your card did not publish, or the published card does not match the preview you approved, contact us with your management link and we will fix it or refund the purchase in full.
Changed your mind
A published card is a digital product delivered immediately, so we can't take it back once the link has been opened. If it hasn't been opened yet, get in touch within 7 days and we will refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
